Marilyn G. Haft honored to represent the writer of award winning screenplay "On the Basis of Sex"

Marilyn Haft has been honored to represent Daniel Stiepleman, the writer of the award-winning screenplay, and the nephew of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, in the feature film "On the Basis of Sex". The film released on Christmas day in 2018 and is based on the true story of Ruth Bader Ginsburg, a young law student who works alongside her husband on the groundbreaking case of gender discrimination.

Ruth brings this gender discrimination case before the courts and simultaneously another gender discrimination case to the US Supreme Court and wins both. Marilyn also had the honor of working with Justice Ginsburg at the ACLU. The film tells the inspiring story of what Ruth overcame to become a U.S. Supreme Court Justice and expresses her struggle for equal rights. The feature film is starring Felicity Jones (Academy Award Nominee) as Ruth Bader Ginsburg and is a must-see according to critics.

Marilyn G. Haft has been included in Marquis Who's Who and has been recognized as a recipient of the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award for Achievements in Entertainment and Sports Law.
